The status and functional building of the Republican court of Bashkiria was built through a special Federal target program. Dmitry Vinkelman's architectural workshop, which developed the concept, received a first-degree diploma in the Public Buildings category at the project of the year 2012 competition.
The state contract for 2.3 billion rubles was implemented by Makrostroy, the capital's financial and construction company. Several blocks of different heights were added to the existing criminal court division building. The maximum number of floors is 11. The total area of the buildings exceeds 30 thousand square meters.
The palace of justice includes 43 courtrooms: 18 for civil trials, and another 25 for criminal trials. It was equipped with 180 offices for judges and their assistants. There is a conference room for operational meetings, as well as a hall of the council of judges and rooms for sub-con defendants. The developers included double-level Parking for 100 cars.
The architectural accent of the canonical building is the panoramic facade glazing. In their manufacture, the OOO MTK (Ufa) company used IG Units with a thickness of 6 and 8 millimeters produced by Steklo-Service LLP (Uralsk, Kazakhstan). Pilkington Suncool® 60/40 architectural grade glass was used on the site.
This product has the perfect balance of light transmission and sun protection. It is ideally suited for buildings with large glazing areas. The low internal reflection coefficient provides a comfortable view from inside the room. The sun protection characteristics make this glass an excellent choice for South-or South-West-facing facades.
