The futuristic high-rise buildings of the Flotilla complex tower over the Khovrino district like sails spread in a fair wind. The bright architectural accent and dynamic shape of the facades are all the more appropriate because the only reservoir in Moscow and a large river port are located nearby.

The multifunctional quarter is located a 10-minute walk from the Rechnoy Vokzal metro station, next to the green Druzhby Park and the Dynamo Sports Palace. Four 28 floor skyscrapers are built using monolithic reinforced concrete technology.
