According to the project, the building of the Ilyinskaya Hospital with a total area of nearly 14,000 square meters is the first stage of the 4.3-billion-ruble medical complex. The second stage, including the construction of a children's hospital, will soon begin.

The hospital has more than 20 departments: outpatient, emergency, radiology, surgical resuscitation and intensive care in 4 multi-functional operating rooms, including an operating room for robot-assisted operations, palliative care, interclinical pain service, and an emergency laboratory. According to official date, the hospital's inpatient capacity is six thousand hospitalizations per year, and its outpatient capacity is 300 thousand visits per year.

The Ilyinskaya Hospital building is a high-tech multi-level engineering facility, between three and six storeys, designed for low-mobility accessibility.

Strict standards for health facility insolation have led to an increase in the glazed glass area. The architects tinkered with both the number of windows and their size.

Each IG unit is fitted with Pilkington Suncool® 70/40 Pro T tempered glass. Their main feature is the magnetron sputtering Double Silver - a coating containing about 20 protective, reflective and illuminating nanolayers of various metals, including two films of silver. This coating is not visible to the naked eye, but it keeps the glass from letting the sun's heat into the room in the summer, while releasing zero room heat outside. At the same time, our glass is high transparency, making it ideal for rooms that require the maximum amount of natural light.
