Furniture and Interior Store Kubatura

Kubatura, located in St. Petersburg, is going to be the largest furniture and interior store in Europe. It’s total area is 140 000 sq meters, which is equal to the area of 19 football fields.

Furniture store was built by the Parity Company’s projects in accordance with the requirements of modern architecture. The building was designed as a passage with a gallery.

The developer and investor Concern Energy Technology paid much attention to the ultra-modern façade.

Pilkington Suncool^® 70/35 Pro T was used for glazing this project. It was created by fine-tuning of the Double Silver® magnetron sputtering technology. Each coating consists of a number of ultra-thin functional films. Each layer of the coating accounts for a certain function, e.g. sun control, energy saving, UV protection, etc.
